Dear Parents and Carers,
We would like to inform you the Department of Education is proposing changes to designated intake areas for primary and secondary schools in Port Macquarie.
This is important to ensure there is an appropriate balance of students in the intake area for each school, as population centres for households with school-aged children have been shifting over time.
Intake area adjustments are proposed for the following schools to be implemented for the commencement of Term 1, 2024.

The department is committed to working together with the Port Macquarie community regarding the proposed intake area changes with a two-week consultation period.
